Flicking through the pictures and in the history file is a photo of an invoice...with my business card attached from when I was a service advisor at an ex MGR dealership! I used to try and deal with all the MGR customers for obvious reasons, so it was nice to see this!

Yes I was the most recent and only 2nd owner. Brought it from a woman in Luton who's husband had recently passed away. I spent a lot of time and effort getting it to look that good. Sounds like it! The car does look great in the pictures. My beautiful old car has now found new owner. Hopefully I'll be seeing it again in the flesh sooner rather than later.

I am delighted to confirm that I am the new owner!
I found it on autotrader and was amazed by the originality and took the time to find Stephen (or Hammond on here!) who was the 2nd owner! Thanks for your time discussing the car!
Upon enquiring with the dealer he put the price back up so I decided to wait patiently. In the mean time my husband secretly arranged to buy it at the original price, with a new MOT and Battery as a surprise reveal! This was the most awesome surprise and I am simply thrilled with the car.
Only minor fettles required but plenty to keep me busy.....
I'm pleased to be a proud owner and part of the community!
