Hmmm it’s 4 weeks away yet. A lot could have changed by then. The situation may be better in 3 weeks. Or is that wishful thinking?

If there was a Nobel prize for Optimism, you'd definitely be a front runner Paul.

1. it's very unlikely the situation would have been better off in 4 weeks time, in fact, it's highly likely to worsen by then in the UK, considering the general lack of acknowledgement over there of how serious the situation is. You guys are heading towards restrictive measures, and not just "advisories"...
2. Organizers can't afford to cancel at the very last minute, the sooner you take the decision, the better it is for all involved, including for reimbursement of expenses already made by attendees
3. It's just common sanitary sense, at this time, to cancel any mass gathering, be it in closed doors or open air.
