I grew up in Speke too. Two Rover owners from Speke! Well, that's what I call class.

Sure is a coincidence
We lived on Conleach Road, just across the dual carriageway from the Ford factory

Woodend Lane, off Speke Boulevard. Went to Stockton Wood Road school, then Stapleton Avenue and Central Avenue. Have been round the world since then and am now domicile in North Wales.

Have had my 216 Cabriolet (red, which may give you a clue to my loyalties) for 23 years. It was previously a Rover company car and I bought it in Southampton on a whim! Best thing I ever did.

If you want an honest answer your 75 is a low valued (not Necessarily low value) car. But I’d expect between £1200-1800 on a good day (stay off eBay).

The 216 “unicorn” as you say is worth a little more but if you want a quick sale you might be disappointed. £1500-2500 on a good day.

Sell the plates separately.
This was a very good reply :clapping
