Fuse 15 non start

Hi,
I have a periodical problem of the engine not starting on my 02 MGZS 1.8
When I turn the key all the correct lights come on, the fuel pump hums (tried deodorant) etc. When I turn the key to start - nothing happens.
I have found that this is caused by fuse 15 blowing. Other symptoms, whilst driving, are loss of indicators and speedo.

Is there something that is causing this or can I fit a larger fuse - standard is 10A
