Due to the lower than usual expected numbers we are simplifying the arrangements for this year's AGM

All of the day's activities will now take place at the Wythall Transport Museum ( Chapel Lane, Wythall, Worcs B47 6JA - https://www.wythall.org.uk/ )

We had provisioned a conference room that would seat 30 but this now seems unnecessarily large for the likely numbers, so we will now use smaller facilities at the WTM at a lower overall cost to the club.

The day's timings are as follows:
10.30 Reserved parking area open for club cars
11.30 Museum tour (optional)
1.00 AGM starts ( attendees to meet outside the Transport Museum café at 12.50 )
3.30 AGM expected finish
after 3.30 Local bus ride on WTM double-decker bus (optional)

Attendance and voting is for Club Members only but you can join on the day. Please bring along your current club membership card with you on the day as this will gain free-entry to the museum premises.

It is suggested that visitors might want to bring a warm coat with them, and maybe a waterproof if the weather looks inclement, as some of the day's activities will be outside or in unheated workshops.
