I've just watched a episode recorded to disc; it was the green MGB GT and the 100th episode!
Fuz & Tim supposedly restored the car by replacing the body as the original was scrap and modified it into an electric drive car. The poor guy was a postman who unfortunately died before the car was started.
Did they change the reg or did they buy a new body from BMH and retain the original reg' because that's not allowed if that makes sense?
Has anybody else seen this episode, it contains a guest appearance by Edd China?

Re: Car SOS
Aha so they painted it the same colour , but it had a different registration, because the daughter said she recognised it by the colour.
That must have cost an absolute fortune because the conversion itself is reputedly around £30k by itself.
