Here is a little warning of something to check and bin. A tale of what happened to me 12 months ago. One morning on my way to work I lost my dash lights, thought bit odd. Checked the sides, nr side side also out. Fuse me thinks. But it's dark and I can't mess in the fuse box. So I decided to leave it till the Saturday. Finds the blown fuse. Change it all good. Then boom. Smoke. The glove box light is red hot. The wire had chaffed on the metal crash pad. Lost a few feet of wires. Check them out.
