John is just being modest. This was very much a team effort and everyone contributed equally. Pleased to get it done in a day and with the successful outcome. As a club, we should do this sort of thing more often - it's a great way to get to know people and is a great incentive to get things done. Of course, you can learn and teach a lot too. We need a good few wheelnuts (for alloy wheels obviously) as many of the ones that are on are cream-crackered and we want to replace the locking wheelnuts before the socket finally breaks. If you've got some spare can you bring them to the show or get them to someone else who is coming please?

Kevin Willis has kindly donated a bonnet, bootlid, 2 front wings and front & rear bumpers which will save us an age trying to repair the lacquer. He Simon Boosey and I spend a few hours getting them off today.

Kevin has also donated 3 alloys which makes us a decent set and a few wheelnuts
