Brilliant John. As usual, you (and Jeremy) aren't in the photo and yet we all know you're both putting in the most. Paul (and Johnny) are in the photo - so at least some recognition for the stars!

I really liked the vehicle line up - only one stock R8 on the stand - with an SD3 and an R3 streetwise I think we've made the transition to the all-inclusive club :clapping

Sorry I couldn't be with you on Sunday for the tear down - I know the gazebo now means the requisite number of people is at least 4, but it looks like you had enough help. Sorry I missed the mince pies too :sad

Another great show presence and an absolute credit to everyone who contributes to the club and the 200/400 cause.

I had a quick chat with the owner of the race car when he picked it up after the show.

He plans to get it out and about to a few track days next year and a warm welcome will be extended to any club members who show an interest in it.

He plans to use the car to encourage the next generation of grassroots motorsport competitors :clapping

Glad everybody enjoyed it :D

It is tiring but very worthwhile and it stands us in good stead for the next two very busy years, with SD3/R8 anniversaries in 2019 followed by HH-R/R3 in 2020.

Just to start the planning for next year maybe try for the earliest and latest cars?

correct me if wrong:

d reg sd3 or g reg
g reg r8 or t reg
v reg hhr or 55 reg

so a plan for 3 car showing progression.

or mk1, 2 and 3 r8
