I know some other car clubs are using Chapel Lane motor home and caravan park which is 15-20 minutes from the NEC, but it might be already booked

Also, there is a big gap between the hood's outer skin and the inner when folding the hood.

It is possible that all the internal attachments (elastic straps?) may not have been made when the outer skin was replaced. Has anybody got any info on how and where they attach or could take some photos while it's sunny please?

Good 20 mile drive in the sun earlier today and got home just before the hailstorm. No major problems uncovered - A-post seal fitment is poor causing wind noise, wheel balance needs to be checked and the radio remote display doesn't work but the radio, and remote controls do.

Rear suspension bushes and cam-cover gasket ordered from Rimmers at trade prices. We'll collect them from them at the show, so no delivery costs :D

Should I bring my Clark impact gun 240V? it's cased I can leave it and collect at POL.
