Yes it’s a Honda engine.

I had the same problem on my 214 a few years back not knowing if it would fire up or not.Sometimes it would be ok for a few days Then it would play up again.After replacing the crank sensor I never encountered any more starting problems.

Thats a nice original car that doesn’t look it’s age your climate is much kinder to older cars than ours.

That’s one lovely car,looking forward to seeing it when we’re all allowed back out.

And I fear more cancellations in the coming weeks but hopefully some events will still go ahead later in the year (he says touching wood)

Yet another cause of concern running an older vehicle and you can bet a pound to a penny that the E5 protector fuel will eventually cost more and I have concerns about its availability in years to come

Just a quick update,I cleaned the expansion tank with degreaser and small gravel come up a treat but if like me you have a later vehicle with a low coolant level sensor it might be better not to use gravel as it gets jammed between the float and casing thus causing the warning lamp to either stay on...
