Re: Rover Tahiti Blue
I recently bought some from Halfords, although they may need to order it in Is the Halfords paint any good. My local Halfords didn't have any when I checked although they did have the gap on the shelf. The lady behind the till said they would be able to get some ordered in for me but didn't seem to...

Re: The Practical Classics Classic Car & Restoration Show, with Discovery: NEC Birmingham. Friday 27 to Sunday 29 March
Having read the list of what would be wanted at the show due to the anniversaries I will say although I don't have any of the above, I will gladly bring along Murf the R8 216 if there is a suitable space.
Would be great to meet some other club members too!

Re: Rover Tahiti Blue
It should be JRJ. As far as I know there have only ever been 3 Tahiti Blue colours. The first was a solid blue JMP in 1974 - 77, then JRJ that you will find on Longbridge cars from 1992 to 2003 and then JNO that was available for a brief time on Cowley built 75s. 1999 - 2000. Many thanks for the co...

Rover Tahiti Blue
Hi everyone! Now, I know I've seen a thread about this on here before but for the life of me I cannot find it. I need some touch up paint for my coupe, but I cannot find the paint code for pearlescent tahiti blue. Can anyone post it below so I can begin the little bits that need doing. I know that n...

Lovely 216sli in Broadstairs
Now I may be new here and reasonably new to these cars but I like to think I know a nice car when I see one, certainly not many in Thanet. Anyone know anything about a red 216sli, registration number M250 PKK that I definitely deliberately parked next to in an Asda carpark (in my humble Mitsubishi a...

Hopefully someone with the technical kno...

Re: Murf has a new owner...
Congrats on buying a cracking r8 imo that’s the best colour. Looking forward to meeting you at some shows next year. Why thank you, I agree with you about the colour, it certainly sticks out amongst the modern cars it is forced to inhabit the world with! As for the shows, I'm guessing that the date...
