It's become such a rough area where I live that almost all the ground floor windows have been boarded up. ............................

.................. and the window cleaner now comes round with a sander.

Why did the Wright Brothers go to the trouble of inventing aeroplanes? ....................... there's nothing up there!

Technical note:
There is considerable claim that the first powered flight was conducted by a Brazillian, Alberto-Santos Dumas, whilst in England Percy Pilcher built a powered flying machine in 1899 but the magneto failed upon attempting flight before an assembly of dignatories at Stanford Hall in Leicestershire, and he was killed a short while later in a hang glider accident.

Recently a replica made to his drawings successfully flew a short distance.

I made a graph of all my past relationships.

It has an ex axis and a why axis.

There's a new restaurant opened up by me.

I went yesterday and liked the look of the Venison, but then I saw the price and thought "that's a little deer."

So I decided to order their speciality Wookie steak. It was quite nice, but a little chewie.

It's a 5 minute walk from my house to the pub, but a 35 minute walk from the pub to my house.

The difference is staggering.

I used to be addicted to the Hokey Cokey...

But I've turned myself around, and that's what it's all about.
