200 coupé Trailing arm airplane bushes.

Post by boxermanrt »

I'm going to replace these bushes on the coupé and was wondering if anyone has the bush removal tool that I can hire for me to do the job.
I'm well versed in maintenance so wouldn't abuse it or strain it.
If anyone is willing to do this for me and it's not too far from me (South Wales) I'd travel to you to pick it up and deliver it back when I'd finished with it.
Thank you for reading this, I look forward to your replies..!!

You really need a lift to do this, to create a working space, if you're intent on doing the job yourself, then I would invest in the tool. Modern replacements don't last, unlike OEM ones, so the job will need doing again.

For example with drive shaft gaiter kits, the trade can source synthetic boots which do last.
