Looking forward to seeing the cost for this. I could do either option

I would buy one of these kits. My "L" registered 1994 216 Cabriolet has 2 infrared fobs. One of them works, but one doesn't,
I would like to get back to a fully working system.

Brilliant work there. I'm keeping this in mind should I know of any owner of infrared cars in need of new fobs.

There has since been a couple of updates to the pscan system that we have been working with them to resolve a few issue of which we haven't had any issues since (touch laminate coated wood).Paul_1978_yorks wrote: ↑Thu Dec 22, 2022 10:43 pmSame with mine! Thanks for the interest and show of support on this project.
I don't think we are far off. I really need to get one fully installed in a car and tested for a while just to be sure.... its tricky for me as I don't actually one one, my own coupe being a 1998 model
..still need to work out the costings.

@rjessett I sent you a PM a few days ago but you may have missed it, some additional thoughts on your work and bits of R8 history to get you going...rjessett wrote: ↑Fri Dec 23, 2022 10:27 am Thanks for the interest and show of support on this project.
