That picture is hurting my eyes :o Common problem, the ‘L shaped’ bracket that holds the ARB to the chassis weakens over time due to rust between the two surfaces. It’s a straight forward repair even for an average welder, but this method is just totally wrong! Over the years I've seen silly repair...

I have a milwaukee 1/2 impact gun and no issue ever undoing nut on D Or k series and honda d series is NOT left hand thread as some experts may tell you .

Halfords sell petronas oil 10w40 and 5 litres myself running a few xars I buy it in 25 litres

If its a k series 200 I would stick with 10 40 they run hot and need that protection in very cold climates 5 30 maybe .
Just standard 10 40 always for me and change 6k or 12 months especially a vvc .
Even my alfa 159 get changed at 10k and not 20k as recommended.

Tiger sesl :laughing2 its not that good *laughs* yes I've been looking on coupe fourn on a car rebuild last night and there another one with the same issue quite common they say , racers must beef there's up .
