I went to Walworth Castle Hotel on Thursday - can't recommend it. Then did a track day at Croft in the R400 bubble turbo. Saturday went to Alton Towers - did Nemesis, Air, Rita and Thirteen. Sunday went to Mal's barn and saw the cut up R200, plus picked up some goodies for the Monty turbo.

I have 2 of the Haynes manuals in stock, book number 1830. Inside it states "Covers major mechanical features of cabriolet, coupe & tourer/estate. Does not cover diesel engine models".

Silkolene Pro RSF 5 is a substitute for the original oil. This oil is used for motorcycle race suspension.

The centre caps you need for these wheels have a locating lug so that they can only be inserted one way up. I believe that these are 55mm approx in diameter. The centre caps are available with with old Rover logo, new Rover logo or MG logo. I have hairpins with Rover logo centre caps fitted to my R4...
